Our work on resource valuation also includes the development of economic and multiple-objective evaluation frameworks.

Completed studies:

• Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Project – Technical assistance was provided to the City government for implementation of an ambitious project to build an ‘Eco-City’. Contributions included development of a strategic long-term fiscal modeling tool for the city, evaluation and recommendations for infrastructure financing needs and development of an evaluation framework and tools for individual infrastructure projects. 2011-2012 (with AECOM Asia Company Ltd.)

• Joint Urban Water and Wastewater Sector Study for Russia - developed program evaluation framework and project selection criteria. For the World Bank, 1996 (with Acres and Associated Environmental Ltd)

• Old Growth Forests - developed a socio-economic evaluation framework for the Old Growth Forest Policy Advisory Committee of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, 1993-94.

• Water Quality Improvements - developed benefit assessment protocols for water quality planning and evaluation studies. For the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, 1993 (with ESSA Ltd.)
