• Due deligence review and updating of the Low Impact Development Life Cycle Costing Tool involving updating costs and adding costing routines for stormwater detention and retention ponds and permeable asphalt. • Drafting of charter and operating manual for a Sector Development Fund to promote vocational education in the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015 (with V. Gasskov and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation)
